Pet Policy

Hawthorne at the Pointe is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $250 each for the 2nd and 3rd pet. There is a $25 monthly pet rent per pet and a maximum of 3 pets per home.
